"For the attached garage, they gave with a lot of thing in it I did not want. For the detached garage, they gave me just the price, they gave me no specs on the detached garage. They did not give me a list of referrals, whereas the other company gave that voluntarily. I have seen their work in the area and they do good work. I did not give me exactly what I wanted upfront and I had to ask for references and that is the only reason I am going to go with the other company. They were upfront with everything else. They were on time and they called. There was nothing wrong with them, I just went the one better suited me."

He responded to our call in a very timely way and provided a detailed written estimate of the work (priced out one coat and 2 coats so we knew up front what we might have to pay.) He worked around our schedule and communicated with us throughout the process. Erick is very pleasant and he and his assistant did an excellent job. He cleaned up every day and was very conscious of his impact on our routine. He was reasonably priced and ended up doing the job in one coat. He always showed up when he said he would be here and if that needed to change, he would let us know. He is one of the most professional trades people that we have worked with ever. "We cannot thank Chris and Kelly enough for the repair work on our metal roof. Kelly responds promptly to calls and keep in touch regularly during the process. They are both knowledgable, professional, and care about their customers. They clean up work area after they are done. A company in the past was supposed to be processional but their work was shoddy at best. The price was quite hight for what they did do. At the time we thought they were good but being elderly and on the ground we were unaware of the work done (or not done) on the roof. Chris was up on our roof in less than 5 minuets and he saw where the problems were. He does not BS the customer into purchasing something not really needed to just make some money as the previous company did . We definitely would highly recommend new England metal systems because they guarantee their work. If necessary would call on them again."
