"Big Anchor Roofing replaced our gutters with patented Shutter Gutters, as well as dismantled old gutters and repaired fascia board. The crew's work was efficient and well done. We asked for help in correcting roofing difficulties such that the final effect of the new gutters' appearance was both finished and pleasing, and the crew did their best to satisfy out requests. Seth provided sales input and served as a point of contact throughout the job. Of note, Seth may be one of - if not the - most responsive sales person with whom we have worked. Ashley maintained positive communications between us and the Big Anchor crew, as well as kept us apprised of the contract and payment process. Randall and Irving were particularly adept at gutter installation, and other crew members were adequate to the task. The entire crew behaved in a respectful manner, maintaining best practices while keeping our property free from debris. Finally, Josh provided excellent hands-on crew management and customer communications. The quote we received from Big Anchor was higher than ones from other bidders. However, the finished product, combined with the fluid installation process (no waiting) seemed well worth the price. We would hire Big Anchor again in future."

"I was looking to refinish my roof that needed some repair. Miguel from Xpress roofing examined the roof and at my request gave me two distinct estimates. One was to just repair the very bad spots that would buy me a few more years. The other option was for a total roof replacement. I decided to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Miguel gave me a detail account of the work he would perform and a competitive bid. Miguel and his crew did a great job and replaced the entire roof over 3 days following Christmas. He and his crew were all professional and they left my yard and driveway cleaner than before they started. "After contacting several roofing companies, Triad was the only company that gave us a detailed quote, and worked with us on getting the right product. About 12 roof companies either walked away because they could not handle it, or just never returned calls. I worked with Travis from start to finish, and he was very responsive and professional. Not one of the other roofing companies was even close to this professionalism. Skywalker Roofing, also in Greensboro, would only give a verbal quote, and then never responded when I asked for further details in a written quote. Also Skywalker came out and said they could do the chimney, but when they gave the final quote, they said they could not do the chimney. Challenge: The house is 7500 square foot, with 3 chimneys--one which is very complex and required major restoration. Triad was the only company that even suggested the right solution for the chimney. The roof deck has insulation foam board between the plywood and the shingles. This was challenging to nail correctly. The crew would have to travel over an hour each way to get to the job site. This would also make the job more complicated and time consuming. The Product: We ended up selecting a lifetime roof by GAF. We had a wood shake roof so selected the GAF Glendale Ultra Premium Designer Series. Color is Dusky Grey. It is the thickest on the market, and the pattern looks much more like wood shakes than the CertainTeed Presidential Shake. Overall, the quality of the roofing product is amazing. To get the lifetime warranty, we also got the TimberTex, Cobra Ridgevent, Weatherblocker. and a premium polypropylene underlayment. Scheduling: Summer and early fall 2018 was very wet so that kept pushing the schedule. Otherwise, I felt that they did a good job of scheduling and completing the job timely, but I do think they had some resource capacity issues. I attribute this, however, to the unusual rain patterns we had been having. The project: Total cost was $41,100. These are the heaviest shingles and shingle packages that Triad had ever dealt with. Because of the house/roof design, this was like doing 3 houses, and the chimney restoration was a big risk for them to take on. Triad sent an awesome crew and even with issues from the current leaking and chimney, everything ended up perfect. We have had the chimney tarped for 13 years. No more. Leaks are a thing of the past. The roof looks amazing. We just had a 17" snow storm and several major rain storms and all is well. I would certainly recommend Triad as the best residential roofing company for high-end designer roofs, and complex installations. If you need chimney restoration, you will be hard pressed to find a roofing company that will take on the challenge."

"We called about an infrequent roof leak, and Bill returned the call promptly. He gave us a quote for repair and another for a new roof. We were open to replacing the roof, due to its age. He did not try any pushy sales tactics. He actually told us we could get another couple of years out of our existing roof, but we were impressed with the fair price so decided on replacement. We opted for the 30 year architectural shingles. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the cleanup was thorough. We are satisfied that he and his team delivered on the work as promised."

"From the time if the initial estimate to the installation, everything went smoothly. I decided to change to a metal roof because I was renovating the room that has a low slope rubber roof and have had several leaks. I was not about to add insulation and a new ceiling and have to deal with a potential for leaks. Thus, I felt a metal roof would be the best option. Because I only have 2 X6 with no attic  I decided to add foam board insulation to the roof deck and Dave gave me a fair price. I'm glad I added the foam board to deck and it gives me extra pitch too. Dave upgraded the ice and snow membrane at no extra charge. The workers were great and they stayed late to ensure that the roof was sealed before they left because there was a chance of showers. Additionally, they sealed all of my roof penetrations on the rest of my house and  fixed some shingles had a previous leak without me asking at no charge! Wow what service. <br />"

"In 2016 Triad Installations did an excellent job of re-roofing my 1925 stucco house in Winston-Salem. The work consisted of a main roof (with a fireplace in the main body of the roof), a porch roof, roofs over two dormers and a stub roof in the back over the back eave. Mr. Barlow called me to recommend a new way of sealing the roof against the stucco. After three years I'm happy to report that the roof is still as good as new and that the ceilings are all dry. Of course the job looked great immediately after the installation. I wanted to have the objectivity of time so waited until now to write a review. I highly recommend Rich Barlow if you're looking for a new roof."
