"Very well. The technician was friendly, and very well informed. As we discussed the tree, it became obvious that in addition to his knowledge of trees, he simply loved them. All About Trees will be our go-to arborist hereon."

"Jaun is the most educated tree service I have ever experienced. We have 3 acres of hundred-year-old oak trees, Olive trees, sycamore trees, and over ten other types of trees on our property. Not only was he priced lower than all 3 bids I put out, but he is meticulous with every tree, giving it a great trim but yet exposing the most beautiful part of each specimen. I highly recommend this company and I will be using this company as long as I live on this property. Thank you, Juan."

Customers say: True professional

"I recently had Lead Saw Tree Service take out a tree from my yard, and it was such a breeze. They were super easy to deal with from the moment I asked for a quote to when they showed up on time and got the job done within the schedule they promised. It made my day so much easier and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend Lead Saw Tree Service for any tree removal job."

"Well at first I was skeptical, because of the lack of reviews. Unlike others who had tons of reviews and high ratings. Well, I called one of those with high reviews for a quote. They never showed up, but Jose from Goodview did show up. And he gave me a reasonable price to cut down a dying 30 plus year old tree and remove the stump. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how they work. I have a annoying neighbor constantly complaining about the tree. Amazed that all the over hanging branches were removed/cut without landing on the annoying neighbors yard (so impressed). Long story short my experience was excellent and have nothing but good things to say about Jose and his hard working crew. If I didn't have pictures that the tree existed, no one would believe me there was tree on my property. They cleaned and maintained my yard as if they were never here. Don't be fooled with the lack of reviews. call Jose you won't be disappointed. Take it from skeptical me, I live by them reviews and ratings."

"We had hired the Reyes Tree Service before for a Pine Tree removal, and now we hired them to remove our Palm and Walnut tree. They did a great job at a great price. Plus, they finished so fast. They were done in less than 2 hours. We were so shocked at the speed these guys did it. They were also very professional as there was a faucet under the tree. Was scared it might break with the falling tree parts. Nope, no worries. They placed logs around it so the logs would take the hit instead. Then, they grinded the roots. There were no stumps to worry about. Will truly hire them again."

FAQs for tree stump removal projects in Granada Hills, CA

Always transport chainsaws with the engine off and chain brake engaged. Use the protective bar cover provided by the rental company to prevent accidental contact with the cutting chain. Position the chainsaw securely in your vehicle to prevent movement during transit, ideally in a truck bed or trunk rather than the passenger compartment.

For gas models, ensure the fuel cap is tight and position the saw to minimize potential leakage. Keep the chainsaw away from passengers and other items that could be damaged.

Proper safety equipment is essential when operating any chainsaw. At minimum, you should have eye protection (safety glasses or a face shield), hearing protection (earplugs or earmuffs), cut-resistant gloves, chainsaw chaps or pants, and sturdy boots with good traction.

Many rental facilities offer basic safety kits alongside chainsaw rentals. If you'll be using chainsaws regularly, investing in quality personal safety gear is advisable. Never operate a chainsaw without appropriate protective equipment, regardless of the job size.

While rental companies will rent chainsaws to beginners, inexperience significantly increases safety risks. If you've never used a chainsaw before, request a demonstration from the rental staff and thoroughly review the operator's manual before starting. Begin with smaller, more manageable cutting tasks to build comfort with the tool's operation.

For significant cutting jobs, consider either taking a chainsaw safety course first or hiring professionals instead. The learning curve for safe chainsaw operation is steep, and caution is paramount.

If mechanical problems develop during your rental, immediately cease operation and contact the rental company. Most reputable rental businesses will either provide a replacement chainsaw or repair the equipment if the breakdown resulted from normal use rather than misuse. Document the issue with photographs when possible and maintain records of when you reported the problem.

Having your rental agreement readily available when you call will expedite the resolution process. The rental company should adjust your rental period to account for any downtime.
