"The work was started in early May 2017 and finished in three weeks. We did not have to put any money down, just paid in full as the homes were completed. Roofs look great, as does the new venting. There were about 5-10 workers on site everyday and they progressed as weather allowed. Permits were pulled and the city approved. Many of us opted to use Thor to replace or upgrade gutters."

"The whole project went beautifully.  I had previously contacted several roofing companies for quotes, but i didn't hear back on any of them with a final quote or date that they could do the service.  When I contacted David (owner), he followed up with a visit to assess what was needed, and when it changed (there was more damage to repair than initially identified from outside), he communicated it coompletely.  He was up front about the price.  It didn't change, and he probably did more than quoted.  <br /> <br /> The project seemed huge to me, but to David and his team it was easily accomplished.  David's whole team was professoinal - all the required tools and product were there at the start of the project, the team came when they said they would and stayed to work the entire day and returned immediately the next day to finish. "Mr. Haas identified problems in our roof installation and issued a report. He suggested re-install and steps that we should take to get it done. It was a long process that involved county and DPOR. Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. It would not be possible without the help from Mr. Haas."

"I had received bids from three roofing/soffit/gutter contractors, but each one told me what THEY do and how THEY do it and what materials they use, etc. All were going to use aluminum, and were unwilling to repair and paint fascia. I have an old house, and didn't want aluminum soffits. <br /> I was able to tell Chris Van Vleet what I wanted, and how I wanted it done, and he said okay. He even suggested some new soffit material he had learned about. And his price was almost the lowest of the three. He even added a little extra work patching some holes, without extra charge. <br /> I really appreciate the flexibility in how he approaches a job, and the broad range of skills he and his people have.
