"Hexter Fair handled the closing when we purchased a house. To start off, they were late. There were several couples and realtors waiting outside their door when the receptionist strolled up to work late. Once inside, we still had to wait on the person who handled our paperwork. That person somewhat saved them with her professionalism. After we left, it got worse. They were supposed to contact my realtor after the sellers had signed and the money had been sent by the mortgage company so that I could get the keys. They did not. My realtor contacted them a couple of times and was told that they would send her an email when it was ready. We had to call back again close to the end of the day to see what the problem was. The receptionist told my realtor that everything was sitting at her desk and she had forgotten to send the email. Based on her careless attitude, if I had not asked my realtor to call them again, I guess she would have just left our stuff at her desk and went home. <br />"

"I bought a $99 special on gutter cleaning. They replied promptly and set up appointment. Came and cleaned gutters on 2 story house. Owner Marc Dire came by inspected work. We discussed gutter screens because I have tall mature trees and a very large pine tree in the back that towers over my 2 story house. Marc was prompt about a quote on the gutter screens & we set up a time for install. His crew came on the day we set up appointment and Marc again came back out to inspect the work himself. He also took pictures of the screens with my phone so I could see what they looked like. Gutter screens was about $238.00 which I thought was a good price, because they had to get back on the 2 story roof to install. All in all, I was very pleased with this company and the owner Marc Dire. His company is in Frisco and I live in Lewisville. I was worried about the distance but he assured me he has work crews in my area every week and that was not a problem. <br />"
