"We scheduled a time for our dryer vents to be cleaned. Eric showed up an hour late. When they were finished, lint was everywhere including under the dryer before he pushed it back in its place. He didn't reconnect our dryer vents which we didn't realize until the next morning when we turned it on and lint blew out the top. We noticed that our washing machine lid was caved in so we checked our ring camera. Eric (who isn't a small guy by any means) was using the washing machine as a step ladder to reach the vents. Our washing machine is less than a year old. We called to talk to the owner and Eric showed up unannounced when my wife was home. He denied anything happened even though we had proof it happened, which I would be glad to attach to anyone asking. He tried "fixing" the problem by forcefully punching the dent on the washing machine lid from the inside so hard that this threw off the sensor on the lid door. My wife told him that she was uncomfortable and he needed to leave. We sent videos of what happened to the owner Marc Anderson. Marc blew us off, didn't apologize, didn't offer any refund. He showed up unannounced without calling beforehand when we weren't home, saying he was trying to make it right, but couldn't schedule a proper time to come over. We were more than patient, but my mind was blown by this whole experience. The whole ordeal was $200 (not including the damage to the dryer.) Stay away from this company."

Prevent infestations by keeping pets on a vet-approved flea regimen and washing their bedding in hot water. Vacuum floors and upholstery often, mow the lawn, and keep the yard tidy so rodents don’t wander in with hitchhikers. Annual flea treatments for each pet cost $40 to $200 and go a long way toward keeping your home protected.
Cold weather outside won’t wipe out an indoor infestation. Your home stays warm enough for adult fleas to survive—or for eggs to lie dormant until spring. Waiting for winter to “solve” the problem lets the population grow and increases health risks for people and pets. Act quickly and schedule treatment instead of hibernating with the bugs.
Call a flea-control pro right away, then launch a thorough cleaning blitz. Ask your vet which shampoos or medications are best for your pets, wash every sheet, blanket, and pet bed in hot, soapy water, and vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery with a high-suction machine. Hitting the problem from every angle—pets, linens, and floors—gives you the best shot at knocking out every life stage for good.
