"Frank arrived right on time for his scheduled appointment. It was necessary for him to go into our attic to repair the issue with one of the can lights. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it (something we never would have been able to figure out). Due to Frank's expertise, all of our lighting issues have been taken care of. No more flickering lights when they are dimmed. Frank had the correct dimmer switch with him even though he didn't know that was an issue until he was here. He also sealed around the bathroom light fixture which will prevent moisture getting into it in the future. Frank was very polite, personable, and professional.
