"I had an excellent experience with Olsen Restoration Carpets. I put in a last-minute request late at night because I had an urgent situation, and they responded almost immediately and accommodated me right away. They showed up first thing in the morning exactly as promised. I live in an apartment with very old carpet (about 15 years old) and ongoing mold concerns, so I honestly thought the situation was a lost cause. With my mom’s health condition, I just needed to make the space as livable as possible for now. Their team was professional, understanding, and incredibly thorough. They did an amazing job — the carpet looks dramatically cleaner, stains are gone, and even the pet stains were successfully removed. I was genuinely surprised by the results. Fast response, great service, and real results. I highly recommend them."

"Yazmin was awesome, super friendly, always early and charged a fair price. I gave 3 stars because each cleaning something was missed, which I brought to her attention. She would make sure to do it the next cleaning, but then something else was missed. Seems like the cleanings were always rushed. I don't think I am being too anal, but I shouldn't have to go back and clean things after I just paid to have it done. Such as, crumbs still on kitchen counters and nothing was moved or cleaned under, bedroom not dusted very well, and food/dirt still on floor. Paid for a separate cleaning for the blinds/baseboards/windowsills, but the blinds didn't get finished. Yazmin said she would go back over them the next 2 cleanings, but they were never finished. Have half dusted blinds now."
