"I want to share a disappointing experience with @Matthe Elekes regarding a paid trash removal service. We paid Matthew in cash to haul away trash, with the primary request being that the contents of our green trash bin be emptied @ due to an overflow issue. Unfortunately, only the cardboard and approximately 2?3 trash bags were removed, and the green trash bin was left full. Despite multiple attempts to communicate via text and phone? clearly documented with written instructions, timestamps, and photos?Matthew did not respond or return to complete the job. This was especially disappointing because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and believed my instructions were clear. Payment was left on the porch and additional cash was placed in a bin as directed. This experience has been a learning lesson to never pay in advance until work is fully completed. "From the estimation process through the final move of furniture, Aloha Joe Movers was outstanding. Joe came and gave us an estimate for moving our furniture (we moved the boxes, etc.). His team of three strong young men (super nice guys!!!), came and moved all of our large furniture.
