I worked with Anna for design, who came to the house and immediately pointed out all the little things I hated about my master bath before I could volunteer them. Both she, Tom (project manager) and everyone else I dealt with had great attention to detail, provided great design advise (because boy do I need it), and had excellent communication – available by email and phone, plus you can see day by day progress through their nifty web portal. Jobs were completed expediently, with basically zero punch list items. All around, just a really pleasant, zero stress experience, which was very important for me as I travel constantly for my job and needed someone doing the work that I didn’t feel like I needed to babysit.
