"Leroy made the dream come true.  After going through a number of contractors, designers and landscape architects I finally have a yard I'm proud of and never tire of relaxing and viewing the beauty around me; evergreens, conifers, Japanese maples, birches, grasses, perennials, fountains, creek bed, statuary, cedar lattice panels and more.  Leroy is a consummate artist.--- <br /> <br /> Keep in mind the average cost of landscaping a small residential yard is around $10K.  I spent $5K on a design that was not usable and $15K on a landscape project that I would rate 3/10, whereas I rate Leroy's work as an 8-9/10.  Take it from experience Leroy is the best, forget the rest and give your wallet a rest.--- <br /> <br /> As I research the plants he placed I'm finding many of them are Award Winners, long bloomers, and/or easy maintenance.  His crew was good to work with, no beer cans in the yard as there were from previous landscapers, just honest-hard work."

"I appreciate the work that occurred. After they left - things are working - thats always a good sign. <br /> RE: the electrician that was sent - I felt that he had a very good ability to listen to customer needs and be able to translate into (smart/appropriate) 3D electrical solution(s). This electrician also had a very good ability to explain concisely and/or demonstrate well. A+ on listening and application.  <br /> On a less than positive note: few little snafus along the way... <br /> 1. The laborer when digging the trench, busted a drain pipe and I had to pay another guy ($50) to replace the pipe, do the install/labor. Would have preferred that the company spring for this as it was their damage issue not mine.  <br /> 2. When the electrician was working in the workroom, he created a gouge in my wall by the switch plate about one inch plus long and thick enough as to be quite noticeable on the newly painted white wall. We left it that I would patch it. If he had offered to patch it - I would have preferred that...again as I did not create the damage, damage issue not mine. <br /> 3. When the electrician left, I was quite surprised that he left all of the trash?? He left all of the cardboard boxes from the lighting fixtures, all of the cardboard tubes from the tracks, all of the cardboard boxes from the light bulbs, all of the "little garbage" - the plastic baggies, the twistie ties, everything?? I am much more used to contractors taking their own trash with them. Maybe its just not within their scope/policy at this company? I dont know. Didnt ask. Was just quite surprised at this - that's all - myself coming from a family with family members working in construction (both Brother and Father) , an ex husband working in construction and 3 ex boyfriends all in construction. I very much prefer that construction people take their trash from the job with them. I myself worked in construction for several years and I always had to clean up the jobsite at the end of the job. <br /> Other than these bullet points - I am overall very pleased that everything is working = that's what really matters right? <br /> I would use them again. The people are all very pleasant and considerate. <br /> <br />"

The patio had long been a problem during heavy rains when water would collect, occasionally in sufficient quantity to cause minor flooding of our basement. Tellurian Gardens worked with us to craft a plan manage the water, and they installed a beautiful patio based on that plan. Concurrently, they added a charming seating area at the back of the yard. In the end, we have two gorgeous areas in our back yard , and our flooding problems have disappeared (the definitive test came last week when torrential storms didn’t create so much as a puddle). Tellurian Garden’s workers were accommodating, efficient and friendly, and the project’s pricing was reasonable, especially in light of the quality we received. There is nothing about the project that we aren’t pleased with, and we readily recommend Tellurian Gardens to anyone considering outdoor improvements for their home."

"Technician was very prompt, professional, and courteous. Broken rotors were replaced and tested. While evaluating the new rotors, technician found that there was a large leak in another irrigation circuit and proceeded to repair that. All in all, it was a thorough visit and I would hire again."

"Lance and his crew dug out my hillside and forged a stairway to my front door using moss rock and railroad timbers.  They created planting beds and installed water lines and sprinklers, and also ran a water line and facet to the lower end of my front hill.  They were prompt, very polite, hard working and accommodating to design changes.  The area is now planted, the water systems are functioning perfectly.  I was very impressed with how much they did for the price."
