"Keith did a great job helping us obtain the building permit, explaining the decking options, and designing the deck. The deck completely covers old concrete steps and makes entrance into our home much easier. Keith used Trex material for the deck, which is maintenance free; he negotiated a good deal with the supplier for the color which closely matched our other deck. He suggested a local electrician for us to consult about lights along the stairs. Keith communicated with us in a timely basis and we always knew his schedule. "The office people and the installers were very friendly. There were some minor delays. After installation, there were a couple areas that needed adjustment as there was leakage. They did fix those. I realize that having a metal roof is not all that compatible with these types of gutters. but, the most important thing was to avoid the clogging of leaves and other tree debris. At this very time (10/14/2020) I do see some imbedded leaves, but, will wait to see what happens. Hopefully, there will be no future problems. Right now, I can say I WOULD hire them again, but, we'll see."

"The roof went alright but there were problems with the roof. They addressed some of the issues but not all of them. Once the got their money they didn't address anything. They never reinstalled the gutters. They never gave me a warranty on the roof. I have asked them several times for it via email and calls and they have never gotten back to me."
