"Our yard was in somewhat bad shape due to several years of neglect (I grew up in the city and am not well-versed in lawncare; despite all our efforts the yard was dying due to a combination of factors). Someone from Champion showed up at our door for a free estimate with hours of my leaving a message on their machine. I thought the quote I was given for lawn fertilization throughout the year was extremely reasonable. In fact, it is about 50% cheaper (approximately $78 per application for a yard that is about 1/2 acre) than what I would have paid to do the work myself (not to mention the time I would have to put in as well). You pay as the work is done. We have had two fertilizations so far and our yard looks so much better than it did two months ago. I am so pleased with the service provided by Champion so far!"

"They were very professional and efficient. After I called, they made an appointment and came out right away. They left a printed copy of the detailed quote. It was quite reasonable, so I called back to make another appointment for the work to be done. They were very punctual. They walked around the yard with me, explaining what they would be doing, and answered all questions. They pruned many branches from 3 large trees that are very near our house. They climbed the trees, as well as using the cherry picker. They took down one large storm-damaged maple with branches over our chimney. And also took down another tree that was forked, and rotten. They cut up a lot of the wood for firewood and chipped the rest. The cleanup afterwards was immaculate. They were extremely personable and professional. I was very impressed. I have hired other tree service people in the past, but I highly recommend Northern Tree Service, and I will definitely call them again. <br />"

"I pay about $150 for lawn work and about $190 to cut the grass and clear the leaves. He is very professional and pretty reasonably priced. He comes out every other Thursday when the grass is growing. He runs deals like fertilizers and stuff like that. He is a good man. He has also done work for my mother-in-law, and has done a fine job over there. I became disabled and I'm in a wheelchair now. I have used another landscaper who is cheaper, but he doesn't do as good a job as Glaessner Landscaping."
