"Brazilian Cleaning Solutions is inexpensive and gives about B level service overall - so I see the value as pretty good. They have been flexible in scheduling time to accommodate our work schedule and that is valued as well. Some crews are better than others. Most of the individuals do not speak English which is frustrating when trying to communicate. I have found that they are a bit wasteful, using multiple trash bags, despite requests not to do so. Paper towels (more than they could use) and a squeegee have left my home, which is understandable once or twice, but I have experienced this at least three times over the six months I have been using them."

"There was a slight communication difficulty in setting up the appointment because of language barriers. But she was very accommodating in making new appointment. Two men came right on time to clean & went right to work. They were very professional in their behavior. They took everything out of my cabinets and cleaned them, inside my refrigerator/freezer, and did other general cleaning of the kitchen. They did not clean the outside of my cabinets nor the inside of windows that are in the kitchen. I thought that this would be included with a deep cleaning. The price I paid was for a deal from Angie's List for deep cleaning of 2 bathrooms or the kitchen. I gave a B because of small details that were not clean and because the outside of cabinets weren't cleaned.
