"Fantastic job by Rain One. I had to have all new pipes put in from my house to the street. There were numerous bushes and plants to navigate but they did a fantastic job. They also use a sod machine so that when they are finished they can put the grass back and you don't have big lines of dirt. My neighbor recently had the same work done by another contractor and they didn't do this so they had to patch the grass and it looked bad all summer. Their crew also worked very hard and was very polite. I highly recommend Rain One."

I opted for the estimate because I wanted a second opinion and was hopeful due to the positive reviews. The $20 estimate fee was subtracted from the quote if I chose to go with them. However, I decided to go with another vendor who was more affordable and whom I had used in the past. They showed up on time, provided an estimate, were professional, and answered all my questions."

"Northern Lighting has a good selection and easy to use website. I selected 3 outdoor light fixtures for pier mounts. They also required a mount piece, sold separately. I drove there to pick them up. They had the option of phoning from the car and having the items brought out, to minimize contact due to covid. I took advantage of that. The people I worked with online, by email, and at the store were all very helpful, professional, and personable. Every time I need lights, I got to them because they are the best I've found in the Columbus area."

The true test of his willingness to make things right was when we had the four posts in place for the pergola we realized they were closer than we would like to the stairs. Kenny reworked the design quickly to use only 3 posts, pulled out one post and reset one in a new position and it turned out beautifully. Every day when I see our patio it makes me happy, it's exactly what we hoped for and is the most used space in our home 3 months out of the year! If you are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, quality driven, with a design eye and flexible along the way I couldn't recommend Vaughanscapes more."
