"The countertop was installed and the seam was beautifully done. The holes for the kitchen faucet and hot water dispenser were drilled. However the air gap was not drilled. Also, they did not check to see that the cabinet drawers would clear the countertop overhang.  <br />    I called for 2 1/2 weeks, left messages, and got no response. I decided to block my phone number and called?and it was answered. I spoke to Ismael, told him about the beautiful countertop and seam. When I told him I wanted to give him feedback on a couple of issues he became defensive, would not take responsibility, and blamed everything on my contractor...that the cabinets were not level. For a fact I know that the cabinets were level as I had been shown using a level the day before the installers came. He said he checked the drawers, but he didn't. He said it was the contractors fault that the air gap wasn't drilled, but Ismael was supposed to be there to supervise his workers, not my contractor. I had told Ismael that I wanted the quartz cut-out where the sink would go, I did not get that. <br />    Ismael did not offer to come back to make the corrections. Very unprofessional on his part. <br />    I would not use this company again and will not recommend them. <br />"
