"We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"We had some storm damage to our roof, a combination of wind and hail. We checked, had a few quotes and went with Franos Roofing (who we found on Angie's List.) After contacting the insurance company, Arek met with the adjuster at our place and they inspected the roof. A few days later the insurance company denied the full replacement and wanted to just do several ugly patches. Arek contacted them and a few days later we received a call from our insurance saying the roof was approved - and that they were also going to repair the shed roof. The old roof was stripped and the new one on in a single day (it's a big roof!) This is the third roof we've had put on, and this was the best job we've seen. Attention to detail, replaced all the vents and fans, all new flashings and drip edge, ice shield - everything we expected and more. When they were done, they cleaned up extremely well. I ran a magnetic sweep over the driveway (Our car got a flat from a stray nail after the last roof) - not a single nail. Not one. Like many people in our area, we had a really bad ice dam this past winter. We called Arek with concerns about damage it may cause - instead of saying "get rid of the snow" he sent over a crew and they cleared off the roof. Amazing service. Also a large THANK YOU to Danny Stemper & Sam for the estimate, guidance, and clarity regarding product description. Danny and Sam sat down initially with me to go over product strengths, life expectancy of the products, technique installation, and prices. All throughout the work on the house, Danny and Sam were ALWAYS able to answer my questions, show me pictures, go over price range choices for the various work areas. And last, but not least, Tommy Stemper oversaw the project, working with all team members. So . . . how great is that to have an entire company working together as a team to make sure everything goes well! Thanks, too, to Julia and Catie at the desk who always relayed any contact need-- and did scheduling. Professionalism, knowledge, and kindness is rare to find! I got my roof, gutters, and gutter guards done-- and today final finishing touches of the window installation. In a month from now, the new polar wall siding will be up as well. The nice thing about using Infinity is that there are such qualified and hard working technicians. They give project updates throughout the entire process. Also to get thanks for jobs well managed and done are Nick K. for siding and gutters. Scotty N. supervised the entirety of my roof and skylight project. Jason led the actual roof work with his team-- and it was very organized with great clean up. Ice and water shield techniques are more attended to than in other companies, as far as areas covered. Jamie and Mark also deserve honorable mention for their expertise on window installation. Foam insulation spray is used on the windows, whereas the prior old windows did not have the foam, so every year, ants would come in. So far I've noticed a huge difference in air temperature control in my bedroom due to Infinity's craftmanship and proper roof installation.
