"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

They left a big mess, as they cleaned the gutters they dumped all of the contents on the ground below, including covered outdoor furniture and our air conditioner unit. When we contacted them they only came down a bit on the price and offered only an empty apology for the mess and didn't offer to return to clean it up."

"They do excellent work. I have had the exterior of my house cleaned twice by them. They arrived promptly. They thoroughly cleaned the exterior so that it was clean enough to paint the trim-work. We had spider webs under the eaves which are very hard to remove, but they got them all off. They use a method that is different from typical pressure washing. We had pressure washing previously and it broke the seals in some of our windows that then had to be replaced. This company does not do that."

"Wally & his crew were very reliable. They were usually earlier than they said they would be at our house. They installed interior doors, recaulked my tub & refinished my wood floors & installed new trim. They also fixed a bedroom ceiling that was water damaged & painted it.I will hire them again in the future. I recommended them to my neighbor."

"Raccoons made themselves at home while we were on vacation. The damage to our roof was significant. Spandico was professional and their quote reasonable. They also found an area around our chimney that need attention and quoted this separately. We were pleased with the work done and how easy they were to deal with. We highly recommend them."

"I wouldn't let these guys put a roof on my dog house. They did some tuckpointing for us a few years ago and actually had to come back because they did a bad job. We asked them to come back and rebuild a parapet wall(shame on us) 2 years later we have leaking inside. They refuse to come out and make things right. The owner is rude and aggressive over the phone. I can not express how bad the workmanship is. The 12k job they did is now turned into 50k into repairs. Lesson learned. Stay away from them at all costs."

"The team was very professional and worked very hard. They replaced 12 plywood sheets and installed new Owens Corning shingles. They were very clean, as I found no roofing nails on the ground after completion. They moved some vents around during the replacement to improve air flow. I'm happy with the workmanship and the roof looks very nice."

"Hired them for window installation. Before the window installation I told Preston about the noise issue as we live by busy street. He said not to worry the windows he sold us, we won’t have the noise and that he has same windows on his house. After window installation, the noise was/is unbearable! I had no noise with old windows that were 20+ years old! We called in the manufacturer and the technician and the owner stated those were the wrong windows installed and they would have never recommended those windows in the area living by the street. They said that Preston should have sold us triple glass windows and not the ones he did. Speaking to Preston about this he blamed the noise on the stucco…lol…which he knew that we have stucco on the house! Preston said there was nothing he can do (for the mistake he made) and for us to buy new triple glass windows and he was going to charge us again for the installation of the window replacement! This is the worse construction service ever received, worse customer service. I do not recommend this place!"
