"All American Gutter Protection installed new gutters to warped rotted fascia and every time it rains, the gutter pulls away from the rotted wood and produces a huge waterfall between the fascia and gutter, as well as the outside of the gutter dumping tons of water onto our deck and foundation. We have contacted the company to correct the issue and they have given us the run around for almost 3 months. They have sent someone out who acknowledges all the issues with the poor quality work including poor alignment, however they provide excuses for not finishing the work or repairing the soffit or fascia area. Their company scheduled over a half a dozen appointments and never showed up or called to reschedule. Their customer service department is an absolute joke, and claimed that they escalated the issues we reported and never let you speak directly to someone who can guarantee the completion of the work without getting ghosted. If I could give this scam company a zero rating I would."

I would recommend Shutter gutters to anyone who needs work done. They are reliable and make sure you are happy with results. They also do water test to make sure everything is working properly. "I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

"DO NOT HIRE!!!! I wish there were a way to grant negative stars on the scale. My experience with this "company" and its owner (Chris Matheny) was abysmal. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and SLOW. The owner is deceitful and scrapes together materials and labor to weasel his way through jobs. You won't see or hear from these people weeks at time. When they do "work" it is not supervised and done poorly. If you complain, the owner taunts and plays games - he never answers a direct question or gives any kind of timetable for the project. I feel bad for the workers that he hires (just whenever they are available outside their other jobs) because the owner is absent from job sites and does not answer their calls. He gives them zero direction and much of their time is wasted because of the lack of leadership. It took them over 3 months to do a simple backyard fence yet when he took my money he said it would be more like 3-4 weeks. Money in hand July 7 and it is October 8 today and the job is still not complete. The owner gave me his “word” that it would completed today. He is not to be trusted. They never had the materials or supplies they needed, they float multiple jobs at one time which they cannot handle. They leave tools and trash at the site, not bothering to clean up before they leave. Rough cuts and they cut corners. This is a real trash company through and through: I beg you not to bother with them. It's not really an organized company at all because they have no supervision. Matheny will take your money, but that' sabout all you will get from him beside lies and excuses. He sends the same three "workers" to do all the work but he is not involved at all. Communication is garbage and the owner will ghost you completely or resort to immature chiding behavior all while NOT completely work. He is extremely defensive and will not take anyone questioning his tactics, which are completely unacceptable under any standards. He stalls and lies instead of being upfront with his customers. He keeps them on the leash for months at a time with no goals or end date objectives. You never know how long they will be gone from a site or when they will show up to work. It's quite troubling and extremely problematic. I had to file formal complaint with BBB, but no response was made by the company. The website is not accurate either - they do not work Friday, Saturdays, nor do they work most weekdays in our case. They work whenever they have spare time and are often buried in excuses or so far behind they ghost you completely. Owner is unapologetic, belittling, unethical, and dishonest. He takes no responsibility for his lack of action and shoddy work ethic constantly making excuses that are not the customer's problem. He allows his ego and pride to take over when attempting to communicate with customers. He especially gets upset and starts name calling and tantrums when you voice any concerns. Avoid this company at all costs - it's not worth the headache, frustration, or the money."
