"John promptly returned my call and we set up an appointment for the next morning to have him take a look at my garage door opener which was not working correctly.  John was able to figure out immediately what was wrong and got the opener working in about 5 minutes.  Since it was such an easy fix he helped me reprogram my opener and also serviced the garage door.  He noticed that when the door was manually lifted it was quite heavy.  He asked me if I had the spring replaced recently and I said yes...about a couple of years ago.  He adjusted the spring and then oiled all the hinges.  Great job.  Highly recommend John for the great work.

"Luis and his team did a great remodeling job of my bathroom. The following was completed:  The bathtub was converted to walk in shower  The new vanity was placed with new facets  Floor and shower were tiled with perfect 45 degrees edging  Shower door was installed  New toilet was installed  All plumbing was redone to match new shower/faucets Luis was great at communication, being on time, and consulting me when needed. He has a motto: “Everything is possible” and with his positive attitude, everything was really going thru well. If you want a men who does a great job, honest, and responsible, he is the one. "We hired Brian to waterproof our basement last year but this year, we received a heavy rainstorm that created massive flooding around the area. Everything Brian waterproofed was bone dry but there was an exit door entry way that we never even considered waterproofing. The door held back most of the water but it managed to get in through the cracks of the door. 

I contacted multiple companies that night and the next morning, but Brian was the only one who responded back first thing in the morning. He agreed to meet us at our house to assess the problem, and we appreciated that he arrived quickly. After evaluating multiple options, Brian told us that we needed a sump pump and drain tile installed to permanently fix this problem. He initially scheduled us for the next Monday, but after understanding our urgency, he bumped us up to the next day. The workers arrived when he said they would, and the work was completed the same day in the afternoon. Thank you to Brian and his company for being so accommodating, being there when we needed him, and completing the work promptly.

After some heavy rains, we noticed that we were still getting some seepage in our "waterproofed" basement. After contacting Brian (for our lifetime warranty or whatever), he said he would come out. He then proceeded to cancel/make an excuse the next 3-4 appointments. Then he just stopped responding to emails/calls. We're very disappointed because we really liked Brian. Now we have to open the walls to see where the seepage is coming in and call someone else to seal them."

"Paul gave us an estimate shortly after we requested one.  We had recently had asbestos vinyl tile and mastic removed from our basement, and in the process had to remove a built-in bench which left the lower
part of an otherwise paneled wall exposed.  Another wall had paneling that was mismatched from top to bottom.
Also we have a staircase with vinyl asbestos tile that we wanted to cover.   We wanted to install ceramic tile on the basement floor, but were unsure what to do to fix the walls and stairs.
Paul told us "everything is possible" when we asked him what we could do to repair the wall and cover the stairs.  Paul suggested that he would install oak treads and risers on our staircase up to the kitchen.   This was a unique and welcome
suggestion as we had heard many others but did not feel satisfied with any of them.  He told us he could fix the walls and do the tiling as well.   His estimate was timely and detailed.  We liked the price so we went with his team. 
They were punctual, professional, and made our basement walls and staircase beautiful!  He repaired both walls so that they both look better than they ever had.  The wall where the bench was removed ran short of panels, so Paul and his team took a small,under-the-staircase door made of the same material to finish the wall.  They replaced the door so that it works better than the old one and looks good.  The tile has brightened up the whole room and the baseboards and moulding have finished the look so we feel we have a new living space.  The staircase is beautiful!  We love our basement now!  Paul and his team went above our expectations, and we would hire them again for sure.
