They were extremely courteous, always there when they said they would be, very kind and patient with my special needs son - even taking the time to show him various tools and explain different steps to him which he loved - and cleaned up each day like they'd never been there. There was no loud rap music, cursing, or other socially unacceptable behavior that you often find with construction crews!
