This is a small, independent business. When you call my receptionist will let you know a good time for me to come out and give you a free estimate. Some estimates can be done over the phone but not all of them. I accept payments in either cash or paypal. Customer is responsible for all materials.

"Today David from Royal Pest Services came to investigate what we thought were ground wasps after both my husband and I were stung on two different occasions. He thoroughly inspected our yard but could not find any ground wasps. He did find some wasp nests in our shrubs as well as two nests on the eaves that he eliminated. We were very impressed with his knowledge and he took the time to explain the difference between the two types of nests. And amazingly he did not charge us anything even after we offered to pay him. In the future if we need pest control services, we will definitely hire Royal Pest Services."

"Approximately 5 feet of irrigation pipe had been cut during stump grinding by a tree service. The work completed by Eric Smith was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable and performed the work in a timely manner. I will definitely call C & L Landscape for future irrigation repair and maintenance."

"I hired the company after agreeing to all terms regarding my lawn/garden maintenance with Tommy Dale. Little did I know that Tommy Dale has a job and isn't involved in the business. The work is done by his son Hunter. Tommy didn't tell Hunter the term he agreed to, e.g., using small mower for the back yard around my garden. Hunter used big mower and tore a piece of my mosquito netting on the back patio off. I prepaid for 2 cuts while I was out of the country. Weeds were out of control in my yard. Hunter insisted he cut the grass twice but obviously didn't consider weeding was included. Hunter was not communicating when he missed an agreed upon date. Hunter also brought his inexperinced girlfriend to help spraying weed-killer and spread mulch. Overall, this is far below my expectations."

"Landscape work they did was fine. However, they also installed drains to connect to the gutter down spouts to the edge of property line away from home. Basically, the drains were too small to carry the waterload. The water backed up at the gutter connection and overflowed causing erosion issues. I brought this to the attention of Steve and was basically ignored without so much as a effort to find a solution. We hired a civil engineer to confirm the fact that the drains were simply too small. He absolutely does not have the training to install drains correctly in complex situations. He assured us that he did and made our problem even bigger. He charged 2800 in which will all be for not because of having to fix the problem he created."
