"Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS."

Services are determined by lot size and as little as $25.00 for a lot up to 8,000 sq. ft. and $30.00 for a lot up to 12,000 sq. ft. Call for a free quote for lots over 12k sq. ft. If you don't know your lot size, I will be glad to measure it for you. Our rates are Very competitive. Billing is done on a monthly basis only during the growing season so you won't receive a bill in the winter month's unless we provide service during these month's (i.e. leaf cleanup, etc.). If you only receive one cut during a certain month due to slow growing, then you will only be billed for that one cut and if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, I will make it right or you don't pay. You will always be treated with courtesy and respect and if we don't show within 24 hours of your scheduled service day, then you don't pay (the exception would be rainy weeks since we can't service a wet lawn, but we will continue service as soon as possible given the opportunity).

We are a company, made up of 2 brothers. We were raised up working in a small business owned by our father. We both work as firefighter/paramedics for a local city fire department. These work experiences have given us a good work ethic for doing what it takes to get the job done the right way and in a timely fashion. We have a wide range of things we are able to accomplish, but we focus and advertise the lawn care side primarily. We also can do small concrete projects, carpentry, licensed homebuilding, bush hogging, and french drains just to name a few. We are both born again Christians and are very firm in our faith. We are a very small business so we don't have hard and fast rules on billing procedures, therefore we are usually able to work around our customers needs for billing. We can give up front pricing for regular services, but we prefer hourly rates on odd jobs because we feel it is better for both the customer and us.
