"I called Dale's roofing (they were listed as sun tunnel installers) to inspect the problem. It took about 2 weeks for them to come out to assess the problem and about another week to receive a report. I got a contract to repair the leaking area. After returning the contract it took about another week or so to get the job done. Three + weeks later the roof leaked again in the same area. I called Dale's roofing and then I was told that for another $80 they would add something. I asked why would there be another charge because they inspected the situation and said it would be fixed for $375 and now they wanted more after I paid the bill. I was then told that it would be fixed again at no charge, but they would email a report with pictures about a bigger problem. I never received an email (or pictures) but I did receive an estimate for an entire new roof. Dale's roofing did fix the roof and for now it hasn't leaked again."

"I called to get an estimate from Rite Way Roofing 9/2/14,and got immediate call back from Tracy Taylor. He made appointment for 1 P.M. <br /> He was punctual for the appointment, even 25 min. early. He was friendly and very patient  trying to explain to me, I know zip about the roofing business), what they were going to do. I received a written estimate in writing.since it would not be possible to shingle the "flat Roof" on the back of our house, a sealant on it since it was a rubberize flat roof.  My Dad excepted the cost.   <br />  We selected them to do the work. about 3 weeks later. They told us they would  begin Friday 26th of Sept, but they came a day early and finished up on Friday, Great. Tracy Taylor also came back and check on the work and work progress. <br /> They worked very quickly and steady, and were on time. They picked up all the Trash and hauled it away. We had our first rainstorm a couple of days ago, So far everything is A-ok.. <br /> <br />"

"After the wood had dried following the pressure cleaning, Mr. Frazier & crew were punctual, received instructions, and went to work. They carefully moved grill, outdoor furniture, and potted plants and applied two coats of sealant to all vertical surfaces, and three coats to all horizontal surfaces. The wood soaked it up like a sponge. They replaced everything and did a great cleanup. In retrospect, the cost of both the pressure cleaning and sealing jobs included approximately 60 man-hours and a large amount of supplies delivered with state-of-the-art equipment. My house and property look new. My wife and I are completely satisfied. They're a class act."

"It went well, the only part I was not completely satisfied with is that some of the spots of deck renew and stain on the bottom of my vinyl siding did not come off. However that could be my misunderstanding of how much can come off with a power washing of the house. The main reason we got the power-washing done was mold growing on the side of the house, and that was completely gone."

The only thing I would have liked to have seen done a little better was the clean-up afterward, but in visiting with others, this seems to be the case with any roofing job. It's difficult to pick up all of the shingles. <br /> Also, the quote/invoice was hand-written. It works, I suppose, but would recommend they go to using computer generated invoices. <br /> Overall, we are very happy with McKay roofing, and would recommend them. <br />"
