First, they helped us with the design and it did not matter how many questions we asked, they answered them with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. Second, they sent the quote immediately and did not vary from the amount quoted, despite the scope of the work changing due to some issues relating to uncovered pipes and our existing sprinkler system. Third, the level of communication is outstanding and not something that we have experienced from any contractor that we have used in the past. They provided us with their cell phone number and they sent us text updates and allowed us to ask questions and communicate with them regularly. They did not delay in response.
