"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"<p>Multiple visits were made to our home to complete the work and all but two visits were hindered by rain. When the painters finished (08/22/2014), they requested a check from my wife. No supervisors inspected their work over the two or three weeks they were painting our decks. When I called to tell them that a second coat had not been applied, I was told, because of misrepresentations the subcontractors were no longer with the company. The salesperson and later a supervisor inspected (05/26/2015) the project.</p> <p>The salesperson agreed to apply a second coat  to the upper deck so that the upper deck and lower decks could be compared.
