Some heavy furniture items are not moved, leaving uncleaned spots. No explanation of procedure before starting. Not sure exactly what was done. Paid by check, did not get a receipt. Tech was asked for est. drying time (6 hr). Carpet was left soaking wet and required 8+ hrs to dry with fans blowing and windows open. Wet carpet looked good but after drying, heavily traveled areas still visible. Dry carpet feels stiff to the touch. Owner/manager did not visit site or inspect job. Probably would have improved results from OK to VERY GOOD and Cost (higher than other telephone estimates ) might have been justified."

He called me within an hour of my requesting a quote Came by the next day, just as he said he would, and talked me through the project, which he scheduled for the following week. He was prompt, efficient, polite, and did an awesome job cleaning all our windows on a 3 story victorian home, both inside and out, including all the storm windows. He even did a walk through with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the job, which I really was. I would highly recommend John -- you'll be very happy with him."
