A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. "Lucas promptly viewed the roofing issues we were experiencing and provided a written proposal for the work. He suggested we visit a nearby roofing project to confirm our shingle color selection. The work was started quickly with material delivery and use of a large trailer instead of dumpster due to concern for undergroud utilites and irrigation. His crew arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently to strip the old roof and carefully inspect the conditrion of the plywood. Great care was taken to protect landscaping. The crew worked until dusk and cleaned up the entire area is preparation for the follwing day's work. The project involved some 25 square of materials and was complete in 1.5 days total. Lucas stopped by after the crew left to check the work, confirm clean up was satisfactory and answer a few questions we had. Very pleased with the work!"
