"After we had the faucet replaced in our shower, which required the removal of some waterproof wallboard and about a dozen ceramic tiles, we asked Chris Uhland, of Grout Solutions, Inc., to give us an estimate to repair the hole and install ceramic tiles behind the new faucet and do some grout maintenance repair on other parts of the shower walls.  Mr. Uhland came by our home to look at the repair and he gave us an estimate of $215, which we thought was very reasonable.  Since we have light carpeting, Mr. Uhland, even took off his shoes in our home when he went to look at the shower needing repair.  He was also very polite and helpful when we asked questions about the job. <br /> He returned on February 18 to work on the project.  He took off his shoes whenever he had to enter our home as he would go to his van for supplies.  He was very polite and was very helpful when we sought his opinion on some other tile repair issues.  He took about four hours to do the work, cleaned up after himself, did an immaculate job, and only charged us $215, the price of the bid.  My wife and I were greatly impressed, as we expected, and were willing, to pay him more for the job.  We highly recommend him.  We will probably have him come back to do some more work in our lower level bathroom in the near future. <br /> Robert J. "<p>"I met with Roland, the owner, and explained what I needed.  I have a large shed that had double doors that were falling off their hinges.  I wanted to keep my garden tractor in the shed, but the doorway onto the concrete floor of the shed was too tall for the tractor to clear with the mower deck attached, so a ramp needed to be built for the tractor. On the main garage, the passage way door was falling apart and needed to be replaced.  The garage also had a large hole in the concrete floor, (purpose unknown) , that I wanted filled with concrete.  After explaining all of this to Roland, he made excellent suggestions.  He took measurements, ordered all of the materials and did all of the work.  The results are excellent.  I couldn't be more pleased.  I particularly love my new overhead door in the shed.   It was difficult to install because the shed has only  a 7 foot "ceiling", but Roland "got 'er done" and it works great!</p> <p>I would recommend We Care Home Repair without reservation.  Roland is very easy to work with, he listens to what you want, then does it.  Thank you, Roland for a job well done!</p> <br />"

"<p>I called Saturday morning to see if I could get someone to fix the broken lock latch on the sliding screen door.  About an hour after I called, Chris came over.  He disassembled the mechanism but said he did not have a repalcement part and would have to order one.  About an hour later he came back and had fixed the spring in the mechanism.  He reinstalled the latch and it worked!  He saved us time and money and we did not have to worry about having an unlocked back door for a few days.  I felt he definitely went above and beyond to help us out.  He could have easily just ordered the part and replace it.  </p> It was an excellent experience.  I will definitely used Broadripple Lock Service again in the future. <br />"
