He came out next day took some measurements we talked about a plan and how we wanted the driveway pitched to the street. Bob Made us feel comfortable talking with him and we felt confident in hiring him.He also is a huge dog lover!... Crew arrived next day 8:40 right before 9 to start paving. Whole crew was fast and efficient. Nice guys and we're very professional. You can tell Bob takes his job serious along working with his son. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
