"Overall they were ok. Not a 5 star experience. Probably a C+ type experience. Was difficult to communicate with the team that did the work and get questions answered. The good - - Estimates and scheduling. - Overall work seemed to be good. No leaks. - Did fix everything. Still have some shingles that are bowing but they said they will lay down once it gets warm. - Sent a nice post job package. - Was very fast to return my insurance paperwork via email. - Good job cleaning up the nails and the job site. - Definitely not an easy roof. Steep and large. - Was after a storm where demand for roof work was very high. The not so good - Said it would take 2 days and took 4. - Parked trucks in yard without asking and left ruts. - Broke a piece of siding and took me pointing it out versus telling me. They did come back and fix. - At post work inspection there were some questions and was told they were going to come back that day. Didn't come back and didn't call. - After a few weeks called again to see if they were going to come and finish the paperwork and say that the roof was ok. Showed up without scheduling a visit (did try to call an hour or so before they showed up). - Warranty length was wrong on the final paperwork. Pointed it out and it was changed."

"They came to review the scope of work and give an estimate very quickly (as weather permitted since it has been raining a lot this Spring). Then a couple of weeks later their installers came to do the work (I felt this was reasonable timing given the weather situation). They arrived on time, did their work and were very polite, cleaned everything up and hauled it away. They were able to get the work in before this last very big mega rainfall that we had in the area and I was very thankful and there were no leaks. Pricing was very reasonable for the scope of work."

Adams and Son were responsive and their cost was competitive, so I took a chance and contracted w/ them to put a new roof on. They are a family owned business and I cant say enough about how great this company performed in everyway, from contracting, to scheduling, the actual work, and the follow up. They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. They worked tirelessly without stopping, took great care with our house, lawn and landscaping. They kept the work site very clean and orderly and when they were done you would not know they had been there. <br />"

"Decided to give Robinson Roofing a call because of all of the positive reviews.  Called on a Monday am and left a messaged, received a call back about an hour later from Paul the owner and he said he would be over around noon to give me an estimate.  Arrived promptly at noon, gave me an estimate which I agreed to and had the repairs done within an hour. Took the time to explain what repairs he performed and also gave some insight overall to the condition of my roof on that side of the house.  Will definitely call on him again if needed. <br />"
