The indoor kennel area was very clean, organized and temperature controlled. After talking with Mike, we chose the 21 day training course for Duggie. We received 2 progress videos during his stay and we were very happy to see that his behavior was already exceeding our expectations. We arrived at 10:00 AM sharp on Duggie?s graduation day, ready for our 4 hour training class. We?ve been very pleased with Mike and his team and their training program. As with all projects things changed as we went along and I found Jeremy to be flexible. If he said he would be at my house at 7am, he was always punctual. A couple weeks after the project was completed there was a small problem with the granite. I texted him, he contacted the company and arranged for the issue to be corrected.
