I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. "Earl Hoggard was a really good find for us. After moving in our home we noticed some things that needed repair, a closet door, a dryer vent needed to be installed, and new screen for the back porch. I called Earl, he came right over, was on time every time he said he would be here and if something happened he called and let me know. Things happen but when a person lets you know it makes all the difference. Earls work is excellent, he doesnâ t cut corners and shows true pride in his work. When he replaced the door on the screen porch he didnâ t like how it fit so, without me saying anything, he got a couple things at the hardware store to make it right. If you need a handyman you would be hard pressed to find a better one. I am happy to now know Earl and I know there will be items that come up where I can use him.
