"The owner, Todd Sutherland," and his employee brought all the metal framing the Friday before construction began. Never saw metal stacked so neatly and look so good. Work began on the following Wednesday because of rain delay. Wednesday came and he was here at 7am sharp just like he said he would. He began with the main support beams and then welded every piece after that. They completed the framing with all welding in approx 4days, it's a 30x50x14 new garage construction. Then came the insulation in the ceiling followed by a metal roof like my home. I choose to not go with windows, doors, or interior insulation because it needed to be covered by OSB and sided like my home here in Greenwood. Todd checked and rechecked ever weld to ensure everything was welded properly. I made a couple of changes through out the construction phase and he never charged or had one concern. Professional man from the get go. Everything was discussed and prices made clear before construction began. I highly recommend this company for its work and professional practices.
