"Juan, his son and the rest of the crew did a great job in repairing and installing a16 foot second wall with column to my patio. They also had to remove half of the pavers to re-level the patio and added pavers to fill-in the 3 feet of bed between the house and the patio on the left side of the steps. They were punctual and very professional. They laid down 4x8 plywood from my front driveway around the back of my house for heavier equipment to protect my grass. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did and plan to have them back next spring to add some lights to the other wall and columns as we really like the one's that they installed on the new wall."

"Contacted Fancy Cutz to speak to the owner about problems with 2 Security cameras. Owner did not return the call, instead had one of his employees call back to let us know there were no appointments available for over 3 weeks. I asked the employee why so far down the road, it does not make any sense to have non-functional Security cameras if you can't have service within a reasonable time frame. The only response to that was "we're just very busy, do you want the appointment?" No other option was offered, so I declined the appointment with Fancy Cutz and I called another Company.. Customer care should be a big part of all business relationships."
