"Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."

"ATD threw away thousands of dollars worth of our irreplaceable brick. Our house was hit during Hurricane Helene and we had one of our brick walls left half standing. The brick was handmade in the 60s, is no longer available, and there aren’t any proper matches. To avoid having a very obvious difference in appearance, the whole wall needs to be torn down because ATD took and threw away all of our bricks. Not only did we have to buy more brick to replace what ATD threw out, but we have an increase in bill due to the extra in labor. ATD refuses to take responsibility for this. They tried to call throwing out our bricks a “miscommunication” but our contract is clear ATD was not supposed to handle anything brick related. Would not recommend ATD at all!"
