Jordan’s price was more than competitive. When he came to do the job, he was always on time, cleaned up at the end of the day and the quality of work was fantastic! "Per Behr, the paint manufacturer's printed directions, and my phone conversation with Behr's technical assistance dept, I directed CertaPro Painters to back brush the paint on the bare, pressure treated, kiln-dried surface. My directions were ignored after several follow -up e-mails to revise their contract as presented to me. Before the contract was presented to me and before an estimate was presented, I personally instructed CertaPro to "back brush" the paint AFTER applying the paint with a spray OR roller. However, after the paint was first applied with a spray gun, CertaPro began to use a roller. I firmly objected and instructed them to "back brush" per Behr's instructions. The field rep for Behr was on the job and told the painter to roll it on against my objections. The paint job was completed with spray and roller, NOT according to Behr's recommended application. I understand that CertaPro saved time doing it their, but it was not to the standard that I expected nor paid for. Bottom line is I believe I received an inferior paint job."
