I ordered many loads of their top soil and dirt mix on which to plant grass seed, and they dumped loads of what appeared to be material that was excavated from a site where a building was demolished. The loads contained about 60% crushed concrete with dozens of 20, 30, and 40-pound rocks. Also lots of other debris, such as pieces of PVC pipes, sections of steel chains, small scrap metal pieces, broken glass, and wood mixed with about 40% dry fill dirt. After I sent them pictures of what they delivered to me, they apologized and refunded the thousands of dollars I paid. Unfortunately, they refused to remove these piles of rubble from my property, and I was forced to pay a contractor to remove it."

"Aleck and his workers just completed a job that involved repairs, woodwork, staining, installing ceiling fans, painting, and more. They even helped me hang playset equipment! I can't say enough good things about their work and their work ethic. They went over and above on each item they tackled, troubleshooting until they had it just right. "We were scammed, he said he cleaned our hot water heater, then proceeded to say our ignitor needed to replaced but kept insisting our hot water heater was on its last leg, and we needed something new, he said he would have to return another time, then charged us 475$. I knew something was up so I canceled service with him, a different plumber we trusted came by and said it’s obvious no service was done and said our hot water heater was fine. They replaced the ignitor and cleaned our system properly for only 505$."

"Long story short I manage a lot or real estate so last week I called for service. I was told the owner Harold would visit the property in Mandeville and call with a quote. A week has passed, and I hadn't heard back from Gator Sand so I called for an update. I was simply blown away by the level of unprofessionalism I was met with by the girl who answered the phone. ( when asked she refused to give me her name) She was nothing but rude, short ( I felt attached) and she couldn't be bothered to even pull my file. I did tell her "sounds like you're having a bad day" she then responded with such venom I asked to speak with someone else. She then slammed the phone in my ear. This rudeness was pushed further when she called my office back and told my assistant Harold told her to tell us find someone else. ( We had already done so) I manage 150 + properties and deal with companies daily and trust me I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing but unprofessional and rude. Any business owner who allows their staff to mistreat potential clients like this do not deserve anyone's business. Horrible to deal with and terrible in their business practices and their ability to hire well balanced and component staff. F-"
