"The job in itself got done very well unlike a lot of roofing companies who only do half the work or just halfway do the job. I was very impressed with the way the time was taken to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner... He was always early NEVER late to start the job as well as very polite and very well mannered. Anyone needing any kind of roofing repairs siding repairs water damage repairs shingle repairs. I would highly recommend using Thaxton Roofing LLC, best roofing company I have hired to do any kind of roof repair work. He was awesome, the whole time he worked and fixed my problems, So thanks again Mr. Thaxton for all your dedication and hard work...."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"We can't say enough good things about Chris Thaxton and his crew. We had hail and wind damage and needed a replacement roof. Chris did his own inspection first. Then he met with the claims adjuster and made sure they saw all of the damage. He showed up for every appointment on time. He and his crew arrived promptly, worked meticulously, and cleaned up well. The new roof looks better than the old one ever did. Overall, they did a great job and we would definitely go to him first if we need more work done."

"Best roofing job ever. In my line of work it’s hard to find honest, professional, and punctual people. Sean and his crew do top-notch work and highly recommend them!"

"It went well there was an issue with the painters and the quality of the carpentry which they came back and fixed. The deck now looks awesome."

"Brandon was very professional and helpful with inspecting our roof. He seemed to be thorough and knowledgeable. I trust 100% that the job was handled for my husband and I. Could not recommend a better company."
