"We needed an old garage demolished and a new one built. Central Iowa Contractor Services handled everything including the demo, concrete work, electrical, roofing, gutters, and even new retaining walls on two sides. Everything looks great! Hoss is very easy to communicate with and the work teams were all professional and polite. Will definitely use this contractor again."

"Top Gun replaced my roof and installed a concrete patio. Roofing was done in one day and both projects turned out great. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for other projects."

"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"Nano Home Shield did an outstanding job sealing our roof! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and thorough. The sealant not only looks great but also gives us peace of mind knowing our home is well protected. Highly recommend their services to anyone wanting top-notch quality and professionalism!"

"Des Moines Area Roofing exceeded my expectations! From getting the initial bid to making sure every last nail was picked up from my yard, the entire team was efficient, courteous and professional. When I first realized I needed a new roof, I was concerned that I didn't know enough about roofs to get a quality roof. Des Moines Area Roofing answered all of my questions, even questions I didn't know to ask! When the roofers started to work, I was confident I would be getting a roof with quality materials installed by qualified roofers. I am more than pleased with my new roof. I highly recommend Des Moines Area Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof."

"Highly recommend hiring A&E Exteriors! Aaron and his team are extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, honest on work that needed done vs not. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the yard when the job was completed. I will for sure reach out to them for future projects!"

"They did a great job, made sure the site was completely cleaned up, and my roof looks great. Very professional."

"I contacted Dave Hernandez about providing an estimate on fixing a leak in my attic due to a bad roof ridge vent. - He was out the same day I called and provided an honest assessment of the problem and life expectancy of my roof. (A different company was trying to sell an entire new roof when it wasn’t required.) - His estimate to replace the roof ridge vent was better than others and showed fair pricing. - Since my house had a pending offer, he moved in the work date to support my commitment to the buyer and did not price gouge me to do so. - He went up himself into the attic to perform some clean up since I was experiencing some health issues and showed me a picture of the final result which looked great. - There were no surprise additional costs or fees at the end and they cleaned up their mess. - I would certainly work with Affordable Pro Roofing again and highly recommend them to others. After to getting to know the owner better, I feel they provide fair pricing, trustworthy advice, and quality work."
