"Excellent work, quality removal & replacement of this only 10 yr. old. 3 pane casement window, that leaked & was poorly insulated (a Shelter Window, co. was no longer available to service) Professional installers, with high level of experience, also worked efficiently, had the old window out & replaced in 3 hrs. from arriving to our home. Pointed out the areas of insulation they provided, many levels of sealing, as standard. Very knowledgeable, & obviously experienced, Jont R. had worked 20 yrs. in home construction, deck, window install , & was contacted by Andersen 1 1/2 to 2 yrs. ago to join the team. Great addition, & to our fortune to have him, & his partner Christian. Worked well as a team, & delightful to be around. Discovered one of 4 interior replacement trim pieces was mismatched, & found an extra piece in his trailer, & made it right. Tyler, our initial ordering rep. stopped by to observe part of the install, appreciate his interest to follow up. No doubt would use again as needed."
