"We hired Bob at first to do a few smaller repairs, repairing a fence post, replacing our back door, and replacing a basement window and dryer vent. Then, we hired him for a larger project to replace our bulkhead basement door. It was a pretty complicated project, made more complex by the fact that our house is 100 years old. Bob ended up building the doors themselves and in addition, new stairs to the basement, and doing a bunch of concrete work too shore up the existing opening. He was very communicative with us throughout the entire process. We had a budget and he worked with us to propose various approaches that would stay within our budget. Once he started the project, he worked diligently to finish it as quickly as he could, and kept us posted of any updates as he worked on it. We would highly recommend him to do any projects – the quality of his work is excellent, his communication is very good as is the value. He has so much experience – you won’t regret hiring him!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Anthony and his team. My roof is at the end of its life and I need some repairs after all the rain and wind we experienced. I had another roofer that came by and did a quick job and was happy to take my money. Not being experienced in this I decided to get another opinion and that is were I met Anthony and his team. Anthony is super professional and I valued how direct he was and that he used a drone to survey my roof (which is at the end of its life). We discovered the other roofer had used tar to seal any issues caused by wind and rain and did the bare minimum. Had I known the other roofer was going to use tar I would have never hired them. With the snow storm on the way, Anthony and his team was able to come the next day; repair as needed. He was very detailed explaining every item that he did. I will be using Anthony and his team again for a full roof replacement in the spring/summer."

I wanted the 8x11 mudroom to feel larger than it was. He vaulted the ceiling. It came out very nice. I also asked him to copy the pitch of the existing roof to the addition. It came out very nice. The addition looks as if it was there from the beginning. So Happy. I already have plans for him to work on the next project in 2020. Couldn't be more happier."
