From the beginning Steve gave very quick responses and kept me informed. There were many road blocks to work around and multiple people and organizations to please for both him and the crew . Despite many distractions including a multitude of annoying squirrels, my hovering over their work and many people passing by, the crew stayed focused on getting the work done and getting it done right. They worked as if they were doing it for friends, family or working on their own home. From start to finish they were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The crew was very considerate of the neighbor below me and made every effort to minimize the mess and inconvenience to him. (He made a point of telling me how much he appreciated it.) Other compliments have been received. That includes the neighbor who yelled across the easement from his perfect patio on how nice it looked, and one of my relatives who now wants to redo their deck.
