"Very hard worker. Very detail oriented"

"Maria and her staff are very friendly and strive to make sure the customer is extremely happy with their work! They were very punctual and have a keen eye for detail! They don t cut corners .They make sure the work is done properly! I have used them twice and will continue to use them! This is an excellent company for any of your cleaning needs."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sandra's Effective Cleaning has been outstanding! I manage and co-host short-term rentals, and Sandra has become an important part of keeping our Airbnb running smoothly. She is dependable, responsive, and consistently does an excellent job preparing the property for each new guest. What I appreciate most is that her service goes beyond cleaning. Sandra communicates effectively and keeps us informed about restocking needs, supplies that are running low, and any maintenance issues she notices while at the property. That feedback is extremely valuable when managing a short-term rental remotely and helps us stay ahead of issues before the next guest arrives. Even after challenging turnovers that require considerably more work than usual, she steps up and gets the property back in great condition. I highly recommend Sandra's Effective Cleaning to Airbnb hosts, property managers, or anyone looking for a dependable and thorough cleaning service. Five stars!"

"This business is the best, I recommend it 100%, the customer service is the best, they are friendly and cordial, I loved it, the cleaning is great, they are precise and leave everything very clean, I am usually very distrustful but I completely fell in love with this team and their capacity and seeing how they clean even the dirtiest and smallest corners is simply perfect"

"Very friendly and helpful; however, I might have set them up for failure as I requested a cleaning for a new home purchase. I had never seen the property and the house was in need of more than 6 hours of work. It may have been better if I had seen and cleaned some prior to hiring them, but for the low price I honestly can't complain. I would definitely recommend site surveys prior to quoting a price. I may use them again for routine cleaning once my house is set up."

"We love this service. They are very prompt. They are professional and they’re thorough. They’ve been here three times now the house looks amazing. Matt has been very helpful with helping me do things around the house in addition to the cleaning and we will probably hire them to do some painting because they’re that good."

"Showed up on time! We are happy with the work that was done, and will be calling them back in the near future!"

"Left a piece of my front garden unfinished, I think they are expensive for what they did. My fault I didn't get a second estimate. Be sure to get one before you buy. The team was very personable and did a good job of cleaning up. Over all the clean up was OK."
