"Avoid The Master's Lawn & Pest – I strongly advise against hiring The Master's Lawn & Pest. My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After spending over $20,000 on a project that began more than three months ago, I’m left managing an incomplete and poorly executed job, with little to no accountability from their team. Lack of Project Management: There is virtually no project management beyond automated messages and payment reminders. No one seems to take ownership of the project, and communication is nearly nonexistent. Poor Quality and Attention to Detail: My irrigation system is still not functioning properly despite their team visiting five times. Timers were not set after installing the plants, sprinklers were placed incorrectly and had to be fixed multiple times, their team tried to fast-track their work and started hooking up Zones that didn’t belong together, lines were laid incorrectly or left uncovered, and plants died due to neglect. Any concerns I raise are only partially addressed, if at all, and then forgotten. Property Damage: Their machinery leaked oil on my newly installed pavers, leaving visible damage that has yet to be fixed. They dredged my existing lawn to install new lines but only repaired the damage superficially after repeated requests that it was not acceptable. Nonexistent Communication: My project manager disappeared without notice, leaving me to deal with a supposed supervisor, Chuck, who does not return calls. I’m left with an incomplete front yard, constant payment reminders for what they consider a “completed project,” and no sign of resolution or accountability. I cannot emphasize enough: Stay away from The Master’s Lawn & Pest. They lack professionalism, quality control, and basic customer care. Save yourself the headache and find a company that values its clients and their property. All photos added to this review are AFTER they said the project was completed."

"I recently hired Cdat Site Solutions to address some washouts and to bring in additional fill to shape and smooth my backyard in preparation for seeding and sod installation. From the start, they impressed me with their punctuality and commitment, arriving on schedule and working diligently to complete the job on time and within budget. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, but the team at Cdat Site Solutions took my vision and brought it to life with exceptional precision and creativity. Their expertise and attention to detail have transformed my yard into a beautiful, functional space. I will definitely be working with Cdat Site Solutions again for future projects, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch landscaping. A big thank you to Angi for helping me find such an outstanding contractor!"
