"We hired Growing Landscape to resod and install new grass at our home. (NAME REMOVED) came and completed the project, only to find that it was not done according to everything we discussed. The new grass that was installed has already died, and we have to replace it all over again, less than 6 months later (it died within 3 months). The new company showed us all the places where the previous sod was not properly installed and leveled, work they will now need to charge us for and do, in addition to paying for new grass as well. The old plants they were meant to remove are growing back, so they also were not properly unrooted. It is now costing us double to have our grass, as we have to redo the work, hence the 1-star review."

"We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."
