"These guys did a great job, came when they said they would, did more than they said they would. Really impressed with both Mark (the owner) and his people. Wow did they work hard in the heat. They completely replaced my pool patio, then followed up with plantings around much of the yard. They did other work as well unrelated to the patio and gardens. The original quote was decent money, but what I expected. They were able to fix that issue with less work than they thought and proactively let me know they would be reducing the bill for that work. Will definitely call them for the next project."

Throughout the process, Vinny was flexible in his approach to the project and listened to our requests for specific materials and style of the wall. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was responsive to communication by phone and text. His team arrived on schedule, worked hard, built exactly what we had agreed to, and cleaned up afterwards. "The website does not allow me to specify the work completed. I experienced one of the nightmares of home ownership… a leaky roof. John arrived at my home after 8PM as an emergency call. He tarped the area of leakage and returned with his sizable crew at 8AM the next morning. Upon inspection of my home, it was discovered that the chimney was cracked and pulling away due to water leakage. There was also evidence of some water damage inside. Top Rank replaced the roof and chimney. They removed the vinyl siding and everything that was hiding behind it,down to the sheathing. New plywood, Tyvek, and leveling board were placed, and my siding was reattached. I am very appreciative to have found Top Rank Renovations. John was very thorough with every aspect of this job, including keeping me informed and communicating any issues that arose. Thank you John and your terrific crew!"

"Outstanding Work by Alex and His Team! Alex and his crew did an incredible job on both my front deck and waterproofing the basement from the outside. From the start, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Alex took the time to explain everything and reassured me that the results would be great—and they absolutely delivered. The front deck was done with stone and turned out beautifully—we’ve received so many compliments on it! As for the basement, we’ve had multiple heavy rainstorms since the waterproofing, and not a single drop of water has come through. That peace of mind is priceless. The team completed the work in a timely manner and kept the work area clean throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
