"The company was available, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They scheduled someone to come to the house within two days.  The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
They resolved all of our immediate needs and clearly explained options regarding wiring our house for a generator.  We lost power for more than a week twice in the two years we've lived in our home and, although we have a generator, there was no way to power the heating unit, the hot water heater, or the well pump as these are all hard wired into the electrical panel.
The technician explained that the best and safest way to provide power to our utilities during an outage was to provide a secondary electrical panel which would have services for the utilities and then provide an outlet to plug the generator into that would power these items.  The company provided a reasonable quotation for the services.

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. "He showed up on time. I paid for 2 hours but it wasn't enough to complete the yard which I was expecting so he said he could finish it in an additional hour or he could stop. I asked him to finish. He completed the work in the time he quoted. The yard looked great. All the leaves were removed.
