Parts of the project involved converting an old garage into a kitchen and living room, creating an almost entirely new luxury bathroom, building a very large, high quality shed, new siding, and constructing a fence. Ben is a master builder, and he has a great crew. The project included some fine woodwork and custom stairs and trim. He and his grew were also able to select and finish the fine woodwork, and paint everything really well. Ben was very energetic in demanding better doors for my project when the supplier delivered sub par doors to us. Ben got them all replaced for me. He was very easy to work with, and comfortable with out of the box creative solutions while still working within the building code. I could always depend on Ben to show up when he said he would, and he is a very hard worker. "My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you!
