Our service is different because we dont do hot water extraction, which some people think is steam cleaning, which it isn't. We do VLM which stands for very low moisture, where we lightly spray your carpets with a solution that cleans out the certain stains in your carpet, its not a one solution fits all. We use the solution that best removes the stains you have, urine, makeup, kids juice, blood, etc. Our carpets dry in about an hour because we dont shoot down a bunch of water and try to suck it all back up, thats how stains come back, and carpet are wet fro days. After we spray down a fine mist on your carpets, we scrub it out, then buff it out with high end machines. You can walk on your carpets as soon as we are done! "Main Street Oriental Rugs did a great job cleaning our Persian rug. We accidentally dropped a wine glass and splashed red wine all along a white border. Main Street came to the rescue. They picked up the rug the same day that I called, moved a heavy coffee table to get to it, and returned it, clean, as promised 10 days later. They did a deep cleaning and I can honestly say the colors are more vibrant now than when we sent it out. The red spots have vanished and we are very pleased with the outcome. From estimating to the actual cleaning they were courteous, careful and friendly. They carefully considered each carpet area differently depending on the age and material. (polyester, wool, etc) And they were very careful with our house—corner protectors for their hoses, and watchful of painted walls. They really know what they're doing and the price was so reasonable! I'd recommend them to anyone with modern or antique carpet. I'll never use anyone else."

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."
